This Privacy Policy explains how Khodal Fab (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the mobile application IPTV Vision Pro – Smart Player (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. About the App

IPTV Vision Pro – Smart Player is a media player. It lets you play audio and video streams that you add yourself using your own M3U or M3U8 playlist links, Xtream credentials, or local files. The App does not provide, host, stream, or supply any channels, playlists, or media content of its own. All content is supplied by the user, and the user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the limited technical data needed to keep the App stable and to understand general usage. This is collected through Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase:

  • Device and technical information — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general region.
  • Advertising ID — a resettable identifier provided by Google Play services, used for analytics and measurement.
  • App activity and diagnostics — anonymous usage events, crash reports, and performance data that help us fix problems and improve the App.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, upload, or store any of the following:

  • The playlist links, URLs, or Xtream logins you add.
  • The channel names, streams, or media you play.
  • Your playback history or favorites (these stay on your device).
  • Your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
  • Your photos, files, or precise location.
  • Any passwords or login credentials.

All playlists and playback data you create remain stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.

4. Permissions We Use

  • Internet & Network State — to load the streams and playlists you add.
  • Wake Lock — to keep the screen active during playback.
  • Advertising ID — used by Google Firebase for analytics and measurement.

The App does not request access to your storage media library, location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

The App uses the following third-party service, which may process the limited data described above in accordance with its own privacy policy:

6. Data Storage and Security

Your playlists, favorites, and settings are stored only on your device. Data transmitted to our analytics provider is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. No collected data is linked to your personal identity.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You can remove all of your playlist and playback data at any time by clearing it inside the App or by uninstalling the App. Anonymous analytics and diagnostic data collected by Google Firebase are retained according to Google’s retention policies. 8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will address it.

9. User Responsibility and Legal Content

The App is a neutral player. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any content accessed through playlists added by users. You are responsible for ensuring that any stream, playlist, or source you use is legal and that you hold the necessary rights to access it. Do not use the App to access copyrighted or unauthorized content.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
